Privacy Eraser

Content creators and image bloggers often upload images and screenshots, but do not want to leak their private information. They often use Photoshop tools to cover or block private information.

Using RightClickMate’s Privacy Eraser, you can complete privacy information blocking in 3-5 seconds, quickly and conveniently.

Operation steps:

Right-click on one or more images, select ‘Privacy Eraser’, and enter the following interface:

Taking the above image as an example, our goal is to remove the personal Apple ID information in the lower left corner.

Method 1: Manual Painting

Directly paint on the lower left corner. After painting, the Apple ID and amount information will become blurred.

There are three masking methods. You can select at the top of the interface:

Method 2: OCR Smart Recognition

Click the settings icon on the toolbar to enter the keyword settings page, as shown in the figure below:

Some built-in regular expressions for mobile phone number recognition and email recognition are included here. You can delete them if not needed.

We enter a keyword, here is ‘yang’, which is our name. You can enter the full name, or just the surname, or just the given name, all will work.

After entering the keyword, the OCR will automatically mask and block any line that contains this text.

After saving, exit this interface and return to the original interface. Click

Method 3: AI Smart Repair

After manually painting, if you feel the blocking is too conspicuous, you can use AI smart masking to process it. The processing effect is shown in the figure below:

Note: For small-area masking on images, the AI smart masking repair effect will be better. However, if a large area of an image is painted, the AI repair effect will be average.
