VideoHero 是一款面向 Mac 用户的 PPT 转讲解视频工具。很多人已经有完整的 PPT：课程课件、技术分享、产品介绍、培训材料或知识付费内容，但真正录成视频时，经常会卡在录音、口误、剪辑、字幕和音画同步上。

VideoHero 希望把这件事变简单：导入 PPT，检查每页备注讲稿，选择音色，然后生成可发布的 MP4 视频。你不需要反复录屏，也不需要学习复杂的视频剪辑软件。

1. 在 PPT 中写好每页备注，作为该页讲解词。
2. 将 PPT 另存为同名 PDF，并与 PPTX 文件放在同一目录。例如 Course.pptx 和 Course.pdf。
3. 在 VideoHero 首页新建 PPT 转视频项目。
4. 选择语音引擎和音色。首次使用某些本地引擎时，需要先在应用内准备对应模型。
5. 设置是否烧录字幕、是否导出 SRT 字幕文件，以及视频比例。
6. 进入 PPT 编辑页，逐页检查讲解词。必要时可以修改、试听、试看、隐藏或删除页面。
7. 如果需要展示软件操作或补充说明，可以给单页 PPT 添加页面视频。
8. 点击导出，选择保存位置，生成 MP4 视频。

页面视频适合高级用户在某一页 PPT 中插入说明性视频，例如软件操作步骤、局部演示、录屏片段或补充材料。你可以在页面编辑区域为单页添加视频，并选择视频位置和是否播放原声。

如果页面视频比当前页讲解音频短，VideoHero 会让页面视频循环播放到当前页结束；如果页面视频更长，当前页时长会以页面视频为准。

VideoHero 的语音识别、语音生成和视频导出主要在本地完成。不同语音引擎可能需要不同模型，首次使用时请在应用内的“准备所需模型”区域完成准备。

模型文件用于本地语音识别和语音生成，不是用户项目内容。项目文件、生成音频和导出视频默认保存在用户自己的 Mac 上。

• 存储：本地语音模型和导出视频会占用一定空间，请预留足够磁盘容量。

VideoHero 使用 PDF 来获得稳定的页面画面。请将 PPTX 和同名 PDF 放在同一目录，例如 Course.pptx 和 Course.pdf。

可以，但建议先在 PPT 备注中写好每页讲解词。导入后也可以在 VideoHero 的 PPT 编辑页逐页补充或修改讲解词。

请先检查网络连接，并在应用中的“准备所需模型”区域重新尝试。不同模型来源和网络环境会影响下载速度。如果多次失败，请联系支持邮箱并说明系统版本、所选语音引擎和错误提示。

导出时会在本地完成讲解词配音、字幕对齐、页面合成和视频编码。处理时间会随 PPT 页数、讲解词长度、所选语音引擎和 Mac 性能变化。

当前版本主要按页面画面导出，暂不支持完整还原 PPT 动画。

免费版可以导出前 3 页 PPT 视频，方便测试效果。升级 Pro 后可以导出完整 PPT 视频，并使用更多高级能力。

VideoHero 尊重用户隐私。PPT、生成音频和导出视频默认保存在用户自己的 Mac 上。应用不会收集、存储或向第三方提供可用于识别用户身份的个人信息。

VideoHero is a macOS app that turns PowerPoint presentations into narrated MP4 videos with voiceover, subtitles, and slide visuals. Many users already have complete slides for courses, training, technical talks, product introductions, or knowledge content, but recording and editing the final video can take a lot of time.

VideoHero focuses on that workflow: import a PPT, review each slide's speaker notes, choose a voice, and export a ready-to-share video without repeated screen recording or complex video editing.

1. Write speaker notes in your PPT. Each slide's notes become that slide's narration script.
2. Export the PPT as a PDF with the same file name and keep both files in the same folder, such as Course.pptx and Course.pdf.
3. Create a new PPT-to-video project in VideoHero.
4. Choose a voice engine and voice. Some local engines require model preparation on first use.
5. Set subtitle options, SRT export, and video aspect ratio.
6. Review each slide's script. You can edit, preview audio, preview video, hide slides, or delete slides.
7. Add page videos to individual slides if you need to show software steps or supporting clips.
8. Choose an export location and generate the final MP4 video.

Page videos let advanced users insert an explanatory video into a specific PPT slide. This is useful for software walkthroughs, screen recordings, short demos, or supporting material. You can choose the placement and whether to use the video's original audio.

If the page video is shorter than the generated narration, VideoHero loops the page video until the slide ends. If the page video is longer, the slide duration follows the page video.

VideoHero performs speech recognition, voice generation, subtitle alignment, and video export primarily on your Mac. Different voice engines may require different local models, which can be prepared from inside the app.

Model files are used for local speech recognition and voice generation. Your project files, generated audio, and exported videos stay on your Mac by default.

VideoHero uses the PDF for stable slide visuals. Please keep the PPTX and PDF in the same folder, such as Course.pptx and Course.pdf.

Yes, but speaker notes are recommended. You can also add or edit slide scripts after importing the presentation.

Check your network connection and try again from the "Prepare Required Models" section in the app. If it keeps failing, contact support with your macOS version, selected voice engine, and the error message.

VideoHero locally generates narration, aligns subtitles, composites slide visuals, and encodes the final video. Processing time depends on slide count, script length, selected voice engine, and Mac performance.

The current version exports slide visuals page by page and does not fully reproduce PPT animations.

The free version exports the first 3 slides for testing. Pro unlocks full presentation export and more advanced capabilities.

Use "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings or purchase page. If the issue continues, contact support by email.

VideoHero respects user privacy. Your PPT files, generated audio, and exported videos stay on your Mac by default. The app does not collect, store, or share personal information that identifies you.
